Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped 1-3 days after we receive it! We ship via USPS, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post Expedited service, and depending on your location, your order will generally be delivered within 5-10 business days.

We currently ship to Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, the UK, and a handful of European countries, but we look forward to adding new destinations as we grow! Please sign up for our email list for updates, or send us a message via the Contact Us page for more information.
All prices are in US dollars, except in Canada where all prices are in Canadian dollars. US, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand orders will not incur any additional duties or tariffs :) However, customers in Mexico, Europe and the UK are responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may be incurred on their order upon delivery. Items on our website can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).
Clearance items, studio seconds, and samples are not eligible for returns.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your items back with a tracking number as we won’t be able to honour returns on lost parcels. Returns will not be accepted unless we are contacted first. If you need to make a return, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your name and order number, as well as the reason for the return, and we will do our very best to assist you! 

A Note for our European Customers:
If you're shopping with us from the European Union, please note that under EU consumer law you may return/cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To make a return, simply reach out to us within that 14-day window with your name and order number — you can contact us via the Contact Us page or by replying to your order confirmation email. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a confirmation and do our best to process your return promptly. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
